Mary Katrantzou for Topshop

First time British Fashion Award winner, Mary Katrantzou’s capsule collection for Topshop!
I know, I know… it’s been out awhile already but I just can’t help but highlight it!

I love her use of vivid, vibrant prints & her daring bowl dresses!



Her bold prints, pretty much covers her 10 piece offering to Topshop & depending on the look you’re going for you can go wild with print on print layering or bring it down with simple jeans & nude pieces.


Personally, I am not too crazy about the cut of the pants on the left as it just doesn’t flatter me at all! But I must say, these pants are daring!



Overall, I LOVE the collection! If I had somewhere to go, I’d wear them dresses in a heart beat!

Colours of Fall

Zip quick colour block eye candy photos for you guys!
Wishing I had this many accessories to be colour blocking ALL the time! And also wishing there was Fall/Winter here so I can wear winter wear! Trench coats are my friend!


Love all the colour choices! Got my eye on that blue blazer and that orange trench coat! Not to mention the leggings!

And just for good measure, below is my casual basic colour blocking outfit.

Yellow oversized top from Supre, blue union jack shorts from Peep! & navy oversized bag from Mooie Boutique in Bangsar.
Nothing like the ones above, but hey, you gotta make do! :) Woulda swapped my navy bag for my pink bag, but was way too lazy to empty and transfer my stuff. Why does my laziness always overpowers all my desires to be a fashionista! I’d tell myself to buck up, but eurgh, just thinking about it makes me lazy all over again!

Ps: This is called super lazy blogging! Will get down to an actual post soon! BF picking out clothes weekend on a break as I got fed up of his difficult attitude. Will commence when I feel less bitter and angry.

Primark, how I love thee

So I was just harmlessly fashion site hopping one fine afternoon and I came upon this!



Some seriously gorgeous stuff from Primark!
Gosh, I am so bummed that Malaysia doesn’t have Primark and I am so bummed that they don’t really ship overseas as well. :( Anyway, I’m not really gonna give you a rundown/history of Primark, because really it is unnecessary. Just look and appreciate all these gorgeous clothes from their Spring 2011 line!

Sigh, I want the pleated midi dress! I know, it just looks like the Stepford Spots dress I brought in in January. :( I wonder can I shop my way to Primark locally by sourcing similar pieces. :D
I also love the floral vintage prom dress, but that I know is gonna be a bit harder to find locally, but that doesn’t mean I shouldn’t try! Hell, I’ll definitely be searching for it!
